Are you ready to build better self-awareness and shed those old defenses that are holding you back? At Intentional Psychology, I create a loving and supportive space, so you feel safe enough that WE can discover and heal core issues that might be preventing you from being your best and happiest self. There are numerous misconceptions about happiness and annoying features of the mind that hold us back. Therapy is an interactive and an incremental process that happens with time and growth. Our work together will focus on discovering your strengths and learning new skills that could allow you better to deal with the challenges of life. I use strategies that are scientifically linked to improving well-being and our sessions together can be viewed as a series of problem-solving workshops. This work will be hard at times, but it is worth it in the end and I would be honoured to be working with you through this journey.
